Automatic head-assembling machine for round brushes (ex MAP10T)


This machine is studied for the production of round brushes, dose the bristle and put into the ferrule, you can insert automatically also 1 or 2 wedges. Production: per hour pieces 800 to 1000 depend of size.

Automatic machine for vulcanising brush-heads and their assembling with handle
This machine is charged directly from the head-assembling machine. Put outside the bristle from the ferrule and it vulcanise the flat-brushes and it is possible to assembly the plastic-handle with polyester resin or epoxid resin.
(There are necessary for the use, 2 different dosing pumps)
