We produce custom brush mixtures, designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and their production processes. Mixtures can be made using natural fibres, synthetic fibres, or combined blends, calibrated according to the final application.

 

⭐ Mixtures with natural fibres

We can create mixtures using several types of natural fibres, including:

  • horsehair

  • bovine hair

  • goat hair

  • tampico

  • other natural fibres upon request

We supply both Chinese horsehair and Paraguayan horsehair, the latter being particularly appreciated for:

  • greater rigidity

  • superior cleaning

  • excellent smoothness for automatic machines

  • consistent and reliable quality

These characteristics make Paraguayan horsehair ideal for mixtures used in high‑speed industrial production.

Tampico, a natural vegetable fibre extracted from the agave plant, is widely used for:

  • industrial brushes

  • professional brushes

  • applications requiring resistance, elasticity, and liquid retention

It is an extremely versatile natural fibre and can be blended with both natural and synthetic materials.

 

⭐ Custom processing and special preparations

In addition to supplying natural fibres, we can perform custom processing to make the mixture more efficient and easier to use in different production workflows.

Mixtures can be:

  • supplied raw

  • boiled

  • combined (mix of natural and/or synthetic fibres)

  • cut to size

  • prepared to increase smoothness

  • calibrated for uniformity and consistency

As we already do for many of our customers, we can study and produce custom mixtures starting from counter‑samples, faithfully replicating the composition and characteristics required.

 

⭐ Available hardness levels

Natural fibre mixtures are mainly supplied in three hardness levels, covering most industrial applications:

  • soft

  • medium

  • extra‑strong

Intermediate hardness levels or special characteristics can be produced upon request.

 

⭐ Mixtures with synthetic fibres

We also supply mixtures using all major synthetic materials used in the brush industry:

  • PPN (polypropylene)

  • PVC

  • PET

  • Nylon

Synthetic fibres can be blended together or mixed with natural fibres to achieve:

  • greater durability

  • specific elasticity

  • improved resistance

  • customised technical performance
