We know that a mixture of 50% natural bristles and 50% chemically sharpened synthetic filaments will not satisfy professionals accustomed to natural bristles. This is due, in part, to the thickness of the material released by the brush, which is less than that of a 100% natural bristle brush, and the lack of uniformity in the flow. With our mechanically tapered filaments and different sections, it is possible to obtain blends that give the professional a feel like that of an all-natural bristle brush and guarantee excellent results.
We have developed new blends that enhance our Vibris even further, an improvement in look, feel and performance. This blend increases the thickness of the product release, great uniformity (better than natural bristle) and gives the same feel as strong natural bristle.
We have blends designed to offer the softness of fine natural bristles, while having the ability to hold more product and ensure an excellent finish. This combination is ideal for varnishes, stains and paints for matt, satin and pinstriped wood. Due to its ability to release the ideal amount of product, a brush made with this mix makes application more efficient, resulting in a uniform, high quality finish. In addition, these blends provide a very pleasant user experience, due to their ability to provide a dense and homogeneous brush.
